Weight Loss Consultation — $50
Your initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your health history, concerns, previous weight loss efforts, and goals. From there, we can determine which treatment options may be appropriate for you.
GLP-1 Weight Loss
For eligible patients, GLP-1 medications may be considered as part of a medically supervised weight management plan. These medications work with systems involved in appetite, digestion, and blood sugar regulation and may help some patients better manage appetite and support their weight loss efforts.
Treatment always begins with a medical evaluation to determine whether GLP-1 therapy is appropriate for you.

Prescription treatment is provided only when clinically appropriate following an evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional. Medication and pharmacy costs may be separate depending on the treatment prescribed.
Urgent Care Visit
Need help with a common, non-emergency health concern? LeanWell Clinic offers convenient telehealth urgent care visits for eligible conditions.
During your visit, your provider will review your symptoms, medical history, and current medications and recommend the next appropriate step.
Urgent care visits are intended for non-emergency concerns only.
Urgent Care Visit — $35
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person emergency care.
Prescription Refills
LeanWell Clinic offers prescription refill visits for eligible medications.
Your provider will review your current medication, health history, and any relevant clinical information before determining whether a refill is appropriate.
A refill request does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
